Wilkerson Avenue Holdings LLC is a private investment firm focused on the lower-middle market. In addition to our own capital, we utilize strong relationships with our investment partners to execute control-oriented transactions. We target US-based investments in the real economy, including food and beverage, multi-unit consumer services, niche manufacturing and distribution.

Wilkerson Avenue is co-led by Rohan Agarwal and Dylan Rudolph, who met as first-year undergraduates at Duke University and have been friends ever since. Our partnership is based on unequivocal trust, transparency and mutual respect. We extend these values that underpin our relationship to all of our partner companies and managers.
